"God Bless You"

So, I've noticed lately that I'm very inclined to say "God bless you" or "Bless you" after someone sneezes, and yet, people don't say it to me very often. I ask you this: is this something personal, or is it a sign of the decline in our society -- with less and less people thinking of others and more of us simply having tunnel vision?
